Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 22 August 2026

Before work starts

A cancellation requested before discovery, design, configuration, procurement or reserved work begins may receive a refund after deducting payment-provider charges and non-recoverable costs.

After work starts

Payments for completed discovery, design, development, setup, purchased tools, hosting, domains or reserved delivery capacity are non-refundable. Any approved refund is based on the unfinished portion of the written scope.

Recurring plans

Customers may cancel future renewal before the next billing date. Fees for a started billing period are generally non-refundable except where required by law or Capstack materially fails to provide the agreed service.

Custom and third-party charges

Custom work and third-party charges are non-refundable once ordered, activated or consumed.

Requests

Send the customer name, invoice reference, payment date, amount and reason to +91 99101 55810. Never share passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs.
