Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 22 August 2026

Scope and proposal

The signed proposal, invoice or written confirmation defines deliverables, price, timeline, revisions, exclusions, dependencies and support. Prices marked “onwards” are starting prices, not fixed quotes for every project.

Launch 7

The seven-working-day option applies only to eligible defined packages. Timing starts after required content, access, advance payment and approvals are received. Customer delays, additional revisions or custom integrations extend delivery.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide lawful, accurate content, authorised access and timely feedback. The customer is responsible for business claims, privacy notices, customer consent and regulatory compliance.

Fees and third-party costs

Domain, hosting, paid messaging, AI usage, payment-gateway charges, premium tools, content and custom work are separate unless expressly included.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the customer receives the rights stated in the proposal. Capstack and third parties retain pre-existing tools, templates, libraries, know-how and licensed components.

AI and automation

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and requires human review. Automation does not guarantee leads, rankings, revenue, availability or error-free operation.

Support and termination

Support, backups and maintenance are limited to the purchased plan. Either party may end recurring services according to the written plan; outstanding invoices and completed work remain applicable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Capstack is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, third-party platform failure or customer misuse.
